I was emotionally-drained dealing with my mother’s over-controlling nature. Lately, it got hurtful. Bjorg gave me concrete steps to stay detach and diffuse tension calmly without escalating the situation. I always walked away from the therapy feeling relieved and heard. Her follow through helped me stayed on course even when tension ran high at home. Towards the end of our sessions, she suggested to have my mother diagnosed for dementia and even found out where the best treatment will be. I had not thought of that before and it was certainly a life-saver. Thank you Bjorg.
